Work Order Flow
A repair and after-sales work order system that follows each returned device from intake, inspection and storage to assignment, shipping and settlement. A public demo opens directly as an administrator, with fictitious data.
One record per device
Every returned phone, tablet, laptop, watch, earphone, bag or service request gets its own work order. Order and tracking numbers, IMEI and serial numbers, inspection photos and videos, condition grade, lock status, storage location and every status change stay attached to it, with who did what and when.
Built for the whole team
Receiving clerks, inspectors, stock keepers, allocation staff, administrators and shop customers each see only the shops, device types and actions they are allowed to use. Batches, shipment packages, labels, internal mail, fee templates, settlement and an operation audit log cover the rest of the daily work. The interface is available in Chinese, English and French.
Live demo
The demo needs no sign-up or sign-in: it opens in the owner’s administrator account. The bar at the top switches to any other role — inspector, warehouse, shop customer, a user without permissions or a disabled account — and administrators can also view the system as any user. About four hundred work orders, photos, videos, mails and settlements were generated by running roughly four months of fictitious business through the real application; nothing comes from real customers, and the demo is fully isolated from production.
