IMEI/serial and lock-status records, earphone case/left/right identifiers, receipt discrepancies, bag photos and sales destinations. Requires M08 and M10. Staff record device status manually. Bag records do not include a full second-hand purchasing, consignment or commission system.

Operations, actors, times and key data changes; case/admin/audit history queries and exports. Mandatory base module. No court-certified evidence, tamper-proof certification or unlimited log retention.
Fix statuses, merge duplicates and undo deletions.
Authorized status rollback, preserve/reset later records, duplicate detection/merge, deleted-item recovery, recycle bin and permanent deletion. Operates on current data, unlike M30 snapshot recovery. Cross-module recovery covers purchased modules only.
Review system health, errors and running tasks.
System status, error logs, issue flags, admin exports and data-protection task records. Customer-facing operations UI. Basic deployment monitoring and backup alerts in S02 stay included without M29. Ongoing operations supervision is an annual service.
Back up data and preview authorized restores.
Database/attachment backups, history, retention, historical-field and deleted-case recovery, related records, previews and audit. Mandatory. S02 initializes backups; maintenance covers ongoing checks. Snapshot/retention limits apply; no arbitrary-time recovery, zero loss or active-active guarantee.
