Data sources and verification instructions

This page corresponds to the address of the main list, regular business hours, wine characteristics, summer suspension, professional list, and the basis for judging "whether it is close to the traditional Whiskey lounge / Speakeasy". Last unified verification date: August 18, 2026.

Source priority:Bar or hotel official website / official wine list / official social homepage > Toulouse Tourism Bureau, City Hall and local program pages of venues > Current professional media, performance platforms and recent business catalogs.

Regarding Lounge judgment:Check “environment” and “wine depth” separately. Leather sofa, dark light, and low volume come from the official description of the venue or recent space information; Cognac, Armagnac, Whiskey, single barrel, and tasting flight are based on the official wine list and tasting page.

Do not solidify Google star rating:Scores continue to change, and sample sizes vary widely. The main page only fixes the verifiable professional rankings, and does not write temporary star ratings into permanent conclusions.

Le 46 Accor MGallery's official page clearly states soft lighting, comfortable seats and a peaceful atmosphere; the hotel's own page confirms that it is open every day, serves cocktails from 17:00, and has a variety of spirits. Sixty-Two The hotel’s official website clearly states Lounge, soft lighting, hidden terrace, Armagnac and local wine; the bar is open to non-resident guests. Public hours mainly follow restaurants, so the main site is labeled as conservative hours. Hotel official website ↗

Mahogany Club Accor writes it as a hotel cocktail bar and relaxation space; the Toulouse Tourism Board lists it as 16:00–00:00 every day in 2026, and explains that it will be converted to a rooftop in summer and winter. DJ and event nights can significantly reduce quietness. Accor official page ↗

Itemized sources

Keep at least one main verification entry for each item; add cross-sources for items where the information is more likely to change or the conclusion is stronger.

New store observation: Tyrosine · 5 Rue de la Bourse

The address of the original Le 5 Wine Bar is now occupied by Tyrosine. Official information shows that it will open on August 18, 2026, focusing on cheese conveyor belts, artisanal cheeses and wine pairings. Due to the short opening time, it is not ranked alongside bars with stable reputations.

Boundaries and excluded items

27 Rue Gabriel Péri, where L’Apothicaire was originally located, is currently Pompette, so both names are not listed as existing bars. Le 5 Wine Bar has been permanently closed; the new store Tyrosine at the same location is not included in the main recommendation ranking because it has just opened. Public information such as Moloko and Satch Club are shown to be closed or have conflicting statuses, and are not included in the main list.

The summer vacation dates of Le Taquin, Le Bijou, and Au Père Louis are marked separately on the home page; Cave Poésie and Le Cri de la Mouette are "open according to the program" and do not disguise their activity hours as stable business hours.
